In this 2 day jammed packed class you will work side by side with Tara where you will learn all the tips and tricks used in the lab (Bakery) You will get hands on experience with commercial equipment. We will deep dive into the fundamentals of baking, proper scaling of ingredients, mixing ingredients, baking techniques, proper cooling and storing.
